Cannot speak highly enough about this company. Bill and his team are amazing technicians who have fixed literally every problem my 100 year old house can throw at them. If you’re looking for a trusted heat and plumbing guy, look no further. His professionalism these days is simply unmatched. Thank Bill!

I can't say enough good things about Bill. He came out on Christmas to check on our malfunctioning furnace when our house was freezing and I was concerned about our pets. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was going on while being honest and forthright about the situation and our options. I'm so grateful for his help and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend his work!

I had a sudden loss of heat in one room, and Bill worked me into his schedule and fixed it right away. He was prompt, professional, and did a great job. I am now going to use Bill for all my cooling, heating, and plumbing needs.

Bill has helped us out so many times. There is no one more reliable and responsive and he’s hands down the best guy in the area! We’ve had multiple different people over to quote and do work over the years and Bill always does the best work and at the best price. Highly recommend!

“Falcon installed a boiler at my previous home 10 years ago, and I had such a great experience that I didn’t hesitate to call them again for my current home. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the installation was completed within a couple of hours. Great service—fast, reliable, and professional. Highly recommended!”
